You might expect that I wouldn't be in the mood to write a glowing review on a day like today, but... Ian and Misty run the most honest, service-oriented car service company in town. You can drop your car off, get a ride to work (and back!) and have confidence that the work done on your car is going to be necessary and of high quality. They won't ever try to sell you service that you don't need. (As an example, I was once in the office when a customer came in saying that he needed to have X replaced on his car - another car service company had told him so - and heard Ian tell him that his make/model didn't have X but that he'd be happy to have his guys take a look to determine what the problem might really be.) If you want honest, dependable service this is the place to take your Honda (or Acura or Toyota).June 12th, 2013

Del Callman said: After the passenger window on our Honda Element refused to roll up we were in a panic. So desperate in fact that we were considering the service department of a dealership. YUK...... After reading the stellar reviews of Grand Imports we gave Misty a call and explained our situation. What? A courteous person on the other end of the phone? What? You can get the part right away? What? A price quote over the phone? Come on.........! Seriously.... In today's America? With cautious optimism I drove the 48 miles one way to see if could be true. The rest is history. Not only was it true but Misty and crew exceeded all expectations. Price was dead on. No up sells and a comfy waiting room with WI-FI. There's hope for America yet even if it's servicing Japanese cars. Thanks guys!! September 13th, 2011

My Mother-in-Law had some work done by another mechanic in Georgetown on her CRV and Grand Imports fixed his work in a hurry (so she could continue her vacation). They treated her with great care and provided documentation to seek a refund for the poor work at the other shop. My father brings his Honda Pilot down from Abilene and requests that the maintenance services on it are done at Grand Imports. He wants you to open an Abilene shop! Our Ellis (Austin) family Hondas have 180,000+ miles and 145,000+ miles. Grand has always helped me keep them running and assisted in prioritizing the work on them to keep the costs manageable. With two kids in college it has been very helpful. My daughter would love it if you would work on Mazda's too (she's the rebel!). Thank you, August 25th, 2011

Edward J. Quinlivan said: Recently stopped by to have condition of drive & timing belt checked. Must say that they were checked in a matter of minutes at no charge by an expert car technician. He told me that there was useful milage left remaining on these parts & they would not need to be replaced immediately as I was told by a Honda dealer. This repair shop is honest & trustworthy. I will certainly continue to use them as my Honda service provider & highly recommend there facility to all of my friends & colleagues that own the car brands that they service. October 23rd, 2010
