| We have for over 20?years appreciated the service and reliability of Grand imports services. We travel full time and schedule any work to be done, or Maintance for when we will be in the area. When our cars were newer, they would let us know if something was included with a recall so we could go to the dealership to get it taken care of there. HONEST. HELPFUL. FRIENDLY |

| I have been going to Grand Imports to service my Hyundai for a number of years now. Their honesty and realistic approach to maintenance has been really refreshing. |

| I went to 3 different shops and each shop told me something different was wrong with my car. The first shop told me it was a transmission issue. The second shop told me it was a belt issue. The third shop told me nothing was wrong. I always like to get a second opinion especially when the quote to get the problem fixed is high. I brought my car into Grand Imports and they were so helpful. They communicated with me each step of the way and told me what they found and what they didn?t find and what needed to be fixed. They fixed the problem (and it wasn?t the transmission or the belt) for a much less expensive price tag. They provided quality service and I?m going to be a returning customer now! |
