| I've just started using Grand Imports based on a recommendation from a friend who has been using them for years. My initial appointment was for a simple oil change, it went well, no big deal. Later that week I had trouble and they were able to get my 4Runner back in quickly to have a look. Turned out a squirrel had chewed a bunch of wires under the hood. Grand Imports worked with my insurance adjuster (USAA) and did all the repairs - again in a timely manner. I'm pleased and will continue doing business with Grand Imports. |
