Ralph and all the techs are very knowledgeable and help you with getting work done. Honest and they don't nickel and dime you with fluff. | The alternator died on my son's 2008 Tacoma. I had it towed to Ian and they diagnosed and fixed the issue and also gave my feedback on other items that would need addressing in the near future. They have been my 'personal' mechanic for our family vehicles. |

| I needed to do an oil change which includes a tire rotation. Ian asked me if I performed the rotation elsewhere which is free at Costco. He could have easily done the rotation and charged me but did not. Also, he gave me an update on brake wear and the status of an expensive repair that will eventually need to be done. He is thorough and honest. |

Makes making an informed decision about my repairs much easier. The work is warrantied. So I can bring my car back if I need to. No additional charge. But I've had no issues with their repairs. |
