| The alternator died on my son's 2008 Tacoma. I had it towed to Ian and they diagnosed and fixed the issue and also gave my feedback on other items that would need addressing in the near future. They have been my 'personal' mechanic for our family vehicles. |

| I needed to do an oil change which includes a tire rotation. Ian asked me if I performed the rotation elsewhere which is free at Costco. He could have easily done the rotation and charged me but did not. Also, he gave me an update on brake wear and the status of an expensive repair that will eventually need to be done. He is thorough and honest. |
