| Grand Imports really knows how to take care of my older Hondas and Acura I have brought in for more than a decade. I even brought in my 2016 Civic EXT for its first oil change. Next week they put in a steering rack on our Acura TSX, which is working beautifully. |

| I love taking my car here for repair and maintenance. The work is always well done, and the gals who manage front desk are always very professional and friendly. During my last visit I asked for some additional advice on repairing my radio and climate control following the oil change, and the technician came out and looked at my car with me with me and gave me some good advice on what to do with it. What great customer service! |

| Picked them on online reviews and everyone was right. Their maintenance was less expensive than Lexus dealership, which everyone would assume. Another customer in the waiting room commented how she had been coming for several years and valued their service. They also gave me their opinion about a problem that Lexus said I should fix right away. I'll use them again |

| When it comes to car repairs (esp for aging vehicles), it is very easy to get sucked into a situation where you are provided with dire warnings and necessary false alarms as to what is wrong with your vehicle. Not so with Grand Imports. In my case, our van A/C all of a sudden stopped working - the blower did not come on unless turned all the way up - but it was not blowing cold air nevertheless. Liz was assigned to taking care of this - and Ian accurately diagnosed the cause of the lack of cold air as a defective blower resistor. Only $183.00 later, they fixed the A'/C and I was able to drive the van back home the same afternoon. |

| If you need any work on your Acura this is the place to take it!!! Customer service is spot on, mechanics definitely know how to keep your car running like new. I have had the timing belt replaced, brakes done, minor tune-up, oil changes. Grand Imports mechanics makes the dealership guys look like poop. Thanks for keeping my car running great! 2004 TL, just turned 100K, still runs as good as the day I bought it. Your team ROCK!!! |

Misty and Liz are quick to schedule appointments and knowledgable about cars. I love that they know me by name and that they develop working relationships with their customers.
