| Grand Imports destroys the notion that car repair shops cannot be trusted. I have been taking my two cars to them for over 8 years and I've always felt they deal straight and never make up some obscure problem to be fixed. They are not pushy and@' never try to upsell their work. Until we moved, we drove 30 minutes each way, for even an oil change. Trust is hard to come by, but they have mine. |

| I was quoted $2000.00 by the dealer to fix three leaking struts. I went to Grand Imports for a second opinion, and they found no leak, even showing me the struts while the car was lifted up. I was charged $20 for the eval. Thanks so much for your honesty!! |

| Great shop! Honest, helpful, pleasant service at affordable prices. Recently, the window on the driver's side of my door just fell inside the door, so getting it serviced became my #1 priority due to the fact that it was now vulnerable to theft and rain. They worked me in within 1 hour and had it repaired within 1 hour!! In the meantime, they gave me a great cup of coffee and a nice place to wait. Friendly people, too! |
