| I usually don't take time to write reviews but can't pass this one up... I have been going to see Ian & Misty & crew since about the year 2000 when I got my first Honda Odyssey. I could write a 5 page review about why I love these guys so much but will try to hit the highlights. Their business is built on the principle that Ian was tired of seeing customers get screwed overpaying for repair at the dealership and for over 20 years, I have seen him stick to his mission to make this right. They are straight forward, honest, precise in their work and just over the top wonderful. Every time I've ever shopped around for quotes, they are always the most reasonable. The last time my husband was there, he witnessed Misty preparing an apple for a hungry customer waiting on her car! That's just one example of many.... I have driven nothing but Hondas since that first Odyssey and one of the main reasons is that I want Ian & crew to keep working on my vehicles! In fact, the last Odyssey I bought (in 2019) was a 2006 - bought from a Grand Import customer, who had been taking it there for repair since day 1, so I knew it was in good shape. Two years later, 220K miles on it and it runs perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these amazing people. |

| I will always take my cars to Grand Imports so long as it?s in business because Ian runs a great shop focused on quality, value, and satisfaction of customers. I know with him I am never doing unnecessary fixes! I was super excited to know I can even get my Mazda serviced there too! In fact I bought a Honda so that I have a trusted mechanic to keep my car running safely because I drive a lot of miles! I highly recommend this business!
